These Terms apply when you visit frarad.com or place an order with FRARAD. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms shown during checkout.

Store access

Use the site only for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with security, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, scrape at an unreasonable rate or infringe rights.

Products, prices and orders

Product colors and textures may vary across displays. Prices are shown in USD unless expressly stated otherwise. We may correct honest pricing or description errors, limit quantities, or decline and refund an order before fulfillment for availability, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Payment and delivery

You confirm checkout information is accurate and you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Delivery is governed by Shipping & Delivery. Returns are governed by Returns & Refunds.

No automatic renewal

No subscription or automatic-renewal product is currently offered on frarad.com. Products are one-time purchases unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Intellectual property

The FRARAD name, original site design, copy and graphics are owned by or licensed to the store operator. Product and service names owned by others remain the property of their respective owners. Site content may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Reasonable limits

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available and indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Nothing limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or purchases from it are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that may lawfully be subject to forum selection must be brought before a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of California, United States. Mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
