FRARAD ships to addresses in the United States, Canada and Australia. Available services, costs and the most current delivery estimate appear at checkout before payment.
Order preparation
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. During launches, holiday periods or unusually high demand, preparation may take a little longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation when the carrier accepts your parcel.
Estimated transit
- United States: usually 6–12 business days after dispatch.
- Canada: usually 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- Australia: usually 8–16 business days after dispatch.
These windows are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs checks, remote-area delivery and carrier disruptions may affect timing.
Tracking and address checks
Tracking can take up to 72 hours to show movement. Please review your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, email support@frarad.com immediately; we cannot promise changes after fulfillment begins.
Duties and local charges
Where duties, taxes or import fees are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for charges assessed by local authorities.
When a parcel needs attention
If tracking shows delivery but the parcel is missing, check safe-drop locations and household members, then contact the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, write to us within seven days of the delivery scan.
