The ground rules for shopping FRARAD
These Terms apply when you visit frarad.com or place an order with FRARAD. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms shown during checkout. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Store access
You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with security, scrape the site at an unreasonable rate, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person or use content in a way that infringes rights.
Products, prices and orders
Product colors and textures may vary slightly across displays. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the storefront expressly states otherwise. We may correct honest pricing or description errors, limit quantities, or decline and refund an order before fulfillment when necessary for availability, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Payment and delivery
You confirm that checkout information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery page. Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds page.
Ownership
The FRARAD name, original site design, copy and graphics are owned by or licensed to FRARAD and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission. Product names and third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
Reasonable limits
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
